In Fluidized Bed Combustion Boiler, rapid mixing helps in ensuring uniformity of the temperature. One of the biggest benefit of using the offered boiler is that fuels with high moisture content such as agricultural waste, municipal waste, biomass and sewage plant sludge can be used for generating heat. The furnace inside the boiler consists of an enclosed space that has a base with openings for admitting the air. In this furnace, crushed coal, dolomite, limestone or ash is added and then combustion air with higher velocity is entered from the bottom and passed through bed. Depending upon the type of application, our offered FBC Boiler can be availed in the vertical form and horizontal form.
